QUOTE(Dispell @ Apr 27 2010, 06:07 PM) Hey bro, WTA if u got this led ma? Compare with urs which more bright? I want a wide angle that can be used in daylight de. Please reply asap. Thanks. hi there, this is the luxeon LED, high wattage, it could not compare apple to apple, this is far more bright and wide angle, but do bare in mind, this LED need cooling fan to bring away the heat, as it is high wattage = high current = more heat. i dont have this LED, may i know how many quantity u looking in? i see whether i can get it for u if able to manage.

QUOTE(Cloudx @ Apr 28 2010, 05:13 PM) Just a question, will the LED get heat up quickly? Is there a way to control the brightness of the LED? hi there, if you refer to luxeon, yes, it will heat up quick if ON. to control brightness...u need to control by resistance. if you refer to flux LED, it would not heat up fast as this flux LED is consuming lower amp, is about 35-50mA depend on wat type flux LED.

QUOTE(bobbychin @ May 5 2010, 01:57 PM) can this led be light up for long time. eg , use to replace normal house light ..maybe up to 5 hours per day continously. yes, why not, if your current input is stable, your calculation of resistance is suitable.

QUOTE(LickGuy @ May 24 2010, 08:59 PM) for the flux type ... is that possible to apply as ambient light? like those florescent in lightbox (plaster ceiling) went to pasar road .. one of the shop said can used as ambient light, they told me got 12w and 24w (not sure v or w), from the brochure it said smth SMD erm..until the current technology, there are no such thing that can able to replace florescent unless, the LED develop in high density
