woohoo, free upgrade for peeps who purchased parallels 5.0 on or before 15 August 2010.

Price in Malaysia should be RM 289.00. Where else straight from Parallels website is only 79.99 USD which in RM should be around RM 250.00 but of course without the CD.

Price for now:-

If you have VMware Fusion 3 you can upgrade to parallels for only USD 29.99, normal price USD 49.99 - Great bargain >Link

If you are a new user the best bang for the buck is buying VMware Fusion 4 full version for USD 49.99 where else Parallels 7 is USD 79.99. Moreover Vmware Fusion 4 can be installed on all the Macs you have for personal use. Link

Speed wise as far as booting and resuming VMs Parallels is super fast. Resume from suspend mode only take seconds.

Cheers!
