Anyone able to help me with Boot Camp? I tried Partition my drive but the system told me to format my drive to Mac OS Extended (Journaled).

May I know what can I do to continue my step to install Windows by solving this Partition error I am having?

Thank you

I face this problem before. This is due to the data that is written to the Hard Disk is all over the place. Get a program to defrag the hard disk and you are good to go.

1) If you use bootcamp and boot up into MacOSX, Win7 code won't be executed .. hence, it doesn't affect anything on your RAM.

2) Yes, bootcamp is free and the only thing you need to pay is the win7 license.

3) We use virtualmachine (PD7 or Fusion etc) because we want to run both OSX alongside with Win7. With bootcamp, you need to reboot each time you want to use either OSX or Win7.

Yeah, it is very frustrating if you wan to open MS Word while ur in Mac and u have to reboot and go to Windows. Especially when all the download is running.

Have anyone face any problem with MS Word for Mac created doc open in Windows to find all the formatting run off?
