I want to complain Malaysia Airlines regarding my damaged luggage at Labuan Airport
Damage was caused to my luggage which occurred on my recent flight with Malaysia Airlines on 15 Jun 2013 from Singapore Changi Airport Terminal 2 to Labuan Airport in Malaysia.
Upon arrival at my destination, I discovered that was a Big Dent at the top right corner of the my luggage. I am extremely disappointed at how my luggage was mishandled by MAS staff and damaged as a result.
Emailed all the supporting documents (photos and flights details) to report to MAS Mishandled Baggage and cc GHM, enrich and enrichweb just 5 hours after the arrival time, BUT the in-charge replied with NO help at all. Asked me to go personally to the airport again to report this case.
What kind of service is this?
No help and just push responsibility.
