Hi,
I booked a flight on MAS and before the flight due to some event I will not be able to board the flight, I remember last time saw somewhere that the airport tax is refundable? (attached pic) However when i called the MAS hotline the operator say that promo fare everything is not refundable? Can pro enlighten me? Thanks Attached thumbnail(s) |
