hey anyone been there and wish to share with me how is their service and charges. Thanks.

Hmm, not sure is it toooo late...but, I just bring my mom to visit them earlier this morning. Make an appointment with them last week, but when we reached, we were surprise that those didnt make any appointment but earlier than us (whether is 5, 10 or any minutes), they will give them the number ahead of us.

They open at 9.30am although when I called them earlier, it said is 10am. So last week when I booked for 10am...is pointless (Btw,we reached there at 9.50am). At the end, we have to wait for the others ahead of us. Hmm, I will understand the first come first serve concept for, no point to allow us to make appointment for consultation services with them -1 on their service here.

Doctor is ok. Service by the doc is good. Price is slightly cheaper for the consultation services and also the cataract laser operation (previously I bring my mom to Centre for Sight Laser Eye Centre at SS23/15).

Services by their service counter people is not that good. It feels like some of them dont really have the patient to elaborate to you - especially the old people. When I looked around, there is enough assistant to deal with the no. of patient that time (around 5 assistants and that time got 10 to 13 customers/patients - some already left)

Hmm, based on my minor experience, their service is ...erm...not good if compare to Centre.

Anyway, just my sharing.
