ahhh... this explains a lot.. now i understand why the cam takes lousy pics indoor while sharp images outdoor.

but is there any pro's to this factor? why did the designer made a camera that is so sensitive and 'needy'? feeling ashamed to show of the camera capability to my frens now

Seriously, the game is quite awesome and really fun. Graphics & framerate are great considering its fast paced gameplay. any X! user MUST try this game out!

You can always reflash it back to original Rom and spl. They wouldnt know whether yours is still virgin or not.

can u list the pro and con about this new ROM?

I do prefer to have my camera to pull up the ISO just to sustain the fast shutter speed; not sure why Sony implements their camera driver this way.

Like others, I switch to TouchHD's camera driver to capture low light images. The result so far is acceptable, much better than getting blurry pictures.

how do you 'protect' or 'cover' ure X1's?

with its shiny metallic surface, its being a fingerprint magnet for me in some conditions and summore, i feel the urge for proper casing to protect me X1 form pocket scratches. (got one 2mm scratch on the side, dunno where it came from )

are there any recommendations for good casings / protectors that u guys use, that doesnt 'hide' the X1's prominent styling?

Im using martin fields and PDAir for protectors. It does doing its job as protecting your x1, but unfortunately it doesnt eliminate fingerprint issues and make you x1 abit fatter. Maybe there are some other ways to protect and preserved the x1 style, I dont know.

Just downloaded the Skype panel from the Sony Ericsson website. Trying it right now. The size is aroudn 6MB, I believe.

BTW, how many times u all drop ur XPERIA a?? no matter how careful i am.. i drops it b4..

i drop it without any pouch, 2 times... drop it with pouch 4 times dy i think.. but with pouch without anything happend..

without pouch gets a deep scratch on battery cover now...hmm.. sad sad..

Jacks v3.1 full... hmm.. hardly compare both.. i like jacks rom more i think.. becaz of AE button plus n Resco stuff n spb stuff installed.. tat wat i nid it to bundled with my phone..

besides, screen rotation i feel faster on jacks rom.. but dont expect to be super fast anyway..

skype panel ar.. i installed b4.. cant use.. it doesnt launch skype out.. please try it and report how well is it here.. thx u so much..

So far so good on mine. It's the official one this time. Not the BETA version anymore. You can download it from your X1. Just click on "more panels", and it'll be there.

for the jacks rom, when you receive call, does the screen shows black screen with caller number or the talk/reject call screen? Because right now whenever i receive call, the screen will turn blank. I have to push the physical call button instead.

aiyo, so sad that my xperia doesnt receive more than 5 call in her whole life with me... more than 2 months, still doesnt receive more than 5 calls.
