 Period Cramps, Too painful to tahan

Geez.. I can't even take Ponstan or Panadol. Sometimes really can pengsan >.< So stopped taking soft drinks, cold drinks & sour food 1 week before (Coca-Cola is the worst). Haven't found a cure though. I did discover that pressing certain spots on the back provides temporary relief. Long enough to fall asleep lah. Or sometimes I stay up for a couple of hours after the cramps start (usually on first night) then only sleep. Cos for me, it hurts more when I'm lying down

If you can't take cooling and heaty stuff, what are you going to eat? Hahaha..
