I am actually concerned about the difference in employability between an honours graduate and a non-honours graduate. Comparing a non-honours graduate with a high CAP(or CGPA) with an honours graduate (at least a 2nd upper), is the employer more likely to employ the honours candidate? What if the non-honours graduate fare better in his/her interview, and have more significant non-academic involvements? Will the employer overlook all these and still go for the honours graduate?
