Hey there i have a enclosure casing and it seems to be very loud, i have 1 fan on the front intake and the other 3 fans is to outtake is it normal for a com like that be noisy???

easiest way would be to undervolt ur fans.. run them @ 5v or 7v

this will make the fan run slower hence quiter.

u can add some sound insulation foam to reduce the noise.

I was wondering how to make the fan run at slower speed ?

buy a fan controller or use software if u're board supports.

or as above suggestion,buy some sound isolation foam and paste them to the inside of u're casing,need to know which point to reduce the most noice

all my fans including my processor HSF runs at 1600= rpm only. and i plug out the side panel fan somehow its still damn loud. could it be my graphic card fan has warn out??

open up u're casing and try listen which fans contribute to the most noise.what fans u're using?dba rating?

on topic.. search for those fans that blow a lot of air..don concentrate on high rpm...see those cfm..if i'm not wrong

if u asking for silent solution try reduce as much Db as posible second add some acustic foam that able to even lower the sound of your case,

I think nic got sell the black rubber sheet for noise absorbing purpose one .

Try ask he .

And the rubber screws is helping too .

And yeah , here's some tips .

Always secure your hardware properly . and use rubber feet for computer feet . This will help you reduce the noise

Tighten the screw . By tighten it , it will not vibrate crazily edi ... this is from my experience

It is actually not the brand problem .

noise for us malaysian interpretation is normally associated with this issue

rubber gromets, silicon pad all hardly useful, unless your fan is seriously imbalanced and at the end of it's lifetime and it shake like a dildo, then these accessories will work

Take out all the fans and use LCS (liquid cooling system). There are many brands out there offering LCS system. There are options of bays for CPU, 3D Cards, Harddrive, Memory, mainboard. It also makes your computer performs better & important of all no more heat problems.

If you still want to stick to FANs, Coolermasters Silent Series LED fans are pretty good, 1800rpm and very silent and stylish as well. I have several 80mm of it equiped to my casing and all very silent. Each of them cost me RM28, not really that expensive.
