My advice is: If u r a degree holder, go to get msc or Phd or u can't survive in medical field. With a medical science based degree, u can't do much in Malaysia. The only way is do post-graduate studies and become a researcher. Of couse some of them may interested to become medical Lab technologist, but it's low pay and u'll get bored soon within 2-3 years after woking.
