BEN, how bout u deduct the deposit fees to RM100 for the casual gamer.
it would be much better. we wont scratch your disc one. hahaha |

At the point of view of customer,i would prefer the "Buy-Back" option...this is great for both you n ur customer as u're able to resell to next customer with what u buy back...customer should be happy with tat.
