If time can reverse itself, I'd have gotten myself a 16GB.

When I first observed the size of apps on the App Store, I never thought all the apps on my iPod would ever exceed 1GB. Now all my apps are taking 1.96GB already!

Hey guys, just wondering how are your batteries? (for 1G users)

Mine seems a bit flimsy, I get much more than the 26 hour rated mark for music but when I use WiFi it dies in less than a day...

Come on, give your complete details as recommended in the first post. Giving half information like "I'm an owner of this ipod touch 2g, 8gb.." doesn't help a single bit.. Please, check the example i posted in the first page.

My son just cracked my 2nd gen ipod touch..not sure if it's worth it to change the screen to a new one. Anyone? Asked around..cost me RM150 to change it

nope.. not worth to change.. reasons being

1. difficult to find accessories nowadays. no protection, easier to damage
2. too little apps that support iOS 4.2.1, limited functionality. Mine are used to listen to music for gym n running now..
3. New iPod touch 5G is cooler..

He got ipod, ipad 2, iphone (my wife & I)..ipad2 is heavier thus the ipod..you're right, i'll probably invest in an ipad mini with super extra protection hehe

Ya.iGuy. Cute n good protection. But bulky.. Suitable for children but not adult Lor... Unless the iPad is solely for the kids, then it will be a good companion for them. My iPad mini is for my own usage, only let them use when they want to, so iGuy not fit.. Hehe.. Very troublesome if keep changing casing.

hi guys, i own an ipod 2G, but still using iOS 2.2+, i wan to download some app, but i know apple has disable the upgrading of ipod 2G to later iOs, anyway i can force upgrade it? so tht i can download from app store
