Details of the complaint : transferred RM860 to this guy for $250 paypal today. was needing paypal urgently that time so didnt think twice before sending the money.. after transfer the seller straight went missing. handphone number could not be contacted.

telephone number: 016-2718762 (Kazumi55) , 016-2576367 (Xlaw)

maybank account number: 101422178191

maybank account name: KUAN YONG QIN

MSN: keithlee1991@hotmail.com

Suspected Other ID: Xlaw (both using same MSN ID) therefore either both scamer is the same person or both have been exploiting keithlee's msn ID

Xlaw also replied at Kazumi55's thread stating that he has successfully bought USD50 from him

seems that he's selling phished rapidshare account as well..

can anyone help me to track this guy down?

please sms/pm me 012-3447168 if there's any other details regarding this guy.

i wanted to deal with kazumi but he didnt reply me...at the end didnt sucess guess he dont want to deal with me bcos i only want to get usd52...

seems that i'm the only one getting scammed by him here, so what to do now? any advice?

if XLAW is kazumi.. then i was also been conned by him.. bought RS acc last time...

the last message said that he will give the account the next day, but actually after been pushed (and cursed) via sms, only then he gave me, but NOT until july as he PROMISED. the account is only valid until MAY!!

so he agreed to make a refund of RM15 but until now he seemed to ignore me.. and yeah he is still active in LYN...

which number u called? i tried both the number but none is working..
any other details of this guy?
by the way, he also asked me to help him top up RM100 and the rest send to his bank account, but i didnt help him to top up cos no idea how to do that. but kinda weird cos Xlaw account name is a malay name while Kazumi55 account name is a chinese..

From his email keithlee1991@hotmail.com, i think he is just 17 years old only..
So contacting his parents is one good option...His parents sure will solve these things with you.
I think just a home number will do everything..

he gave me bankin' detail (without name...) today around 2pm+ & asked me to sms him @ 016-2718762 after bank-in

then 4pm++ I went to bank, smsed him asking him to give name (that time only realize no name....), but no reply in short while, I was in rush then (& stupid me for not giving him a call 1st zzzzzzzzz) I straight banked in edi.... I informed him about the payment few hours later when I was free, but no reply.... (too trust ppl edi.... & no call him YET zzzzzzz), then just now visit back his paypal sale thread only saw all the posts................................ SIGH......

this scammer very cunning.
he has lots of user name and dupp account.
includes speederman, fishyking and 不死的盾士 in other forum.

don's use the word freeze as only with court order you can freeze a bank account
