For my case, my choice was Coolermaster Elite 130 and Corsair Obsidian 250d before deciding to go for ML07b due to the slim profile that i wanted.

Looking forward to this kind of design which uses pcie riser card. It's been working great for me for my ML07 as the GC heat output is in seperate compartment with the CPU.

But the height is a little bit too tall at 49.1cm

i think we need at least 2 x 2.5inch bay, 1 for SSD for OS another for 1TB hdd for storage

Great idea for routing the gc at the other side but doubt if the heat from both CPU and GPU can cope since it's back-to-back. My sidepanel of ML07b gets hot on gaming due to GPU facing sidepanel. My GPU only 760gtx and hits 70c while gaming and definitely will affect motherboard temps and CPU temps as well.
