ok.. here are some rough sketch for the space that i wanna use for 1 of the shop.. there are multiple choices. all with pro and contra...
this shop lot previously was a dress boutique.

* only can see i put only 3 ps3. but the actually measurement i can put roughly around 5 on 6 ps3 on the corner.
*that mods/repair room is probably where i spend most f my time... previously it was the dressing room. so i dunt have to make a room, just little mod to that room and it can be my workplace.
*good lighting, wall are in perfect condition dunt need to repaint and etc, carpets are also very nice, dunt need to buy the carpets.
*very spacious..
*counter like normal game shop, will put the stuff there, ps3, xbox, wii, PSP, accessory etc
*renovation cost are damn cheap if i use this shop

today will get the correct measurement of every single shop that im considering to rent. i will also keep in mind eddy advice. so probably i will choose other shop.
after i take the correct measurement, i will drawn again using with autocad.

then i will climb above the ceiling to take a look at the wiring above the shop. take the measurement. the reason i doing all this is so i can calculate the correct cost if i wanna add extensions, extra plug and etc..

lastly, with all the collected details. i will generate a 3D. i will use it to generate 3D view using autocad.

why im doing this?
to cut cost of renovation
i can get the overall view of the shop before the shop is being set up.
and i can also generate it so look through the shop like i was walking in the shop. i can view the color scheme. decorations and etc...
there are alot of work to be done.. now you guys now why im saying i was busy..
