ok bro ... here is my advice ...

for a new shop like urs nothing is needed more then attention ...

its to draw people to come and see whats going on in ur shop at least ...

starting a new shop in a secluded area is a big no no cos u dont have a list of returning customer yet ...

modding psp alone wont cover your rent yet pay for ur meals ...

so i suggest even if the shop cost rm500 - rm600 more for a more strategic location i suggest u grab it ...

about the space ... the bigger is always better for whatever price ur paying ...

cos during this economic slow down process if u need to lower ur monthly expenses u can always sub let it out to people who wants to operate small kiosks like people who wanna do u-mobile, maxis or celcom broadband ... those people need very minimal space and they could help u out with ur rental plus they might attract people to ur shop too ...

always remember to make sure that ur shop is bright and not gloomy ... try to create a colour scheme for ur shop so people wont get headache ...

if can, try to do a minimalist renovation to keep it simple and comfortable ...

always have enuf chairs for people to sit ... sometimes customers like to sit down and borak with u to get to know u b4 buying anything from u ...

but i think location is very important for everyone who wants to start fresh ... cos word of mouth and recommendation will only come later ...

wahaha..lama betul tak online..almost 3days and lagging many info..back to village..continue playing crisis core..tuh pon tak habih2 lagi..br level 46..hahah..plus new game..Tekken 5..kakaka..main heihachi saja..tendang2 kuar karen..haha..not good at this type of game..but play to kill some times..hehehe..bro wet..lampu putih tu kalo tak on pon leh burn ek?? Sebiji sudah malap...takleh jd lampu picit lagi..haha..anyway i got no prob...maybe if i want to mod new stuff then i will resend to you to fix that and also the screw prob..

tapi aku beli setahun awal dari die tak penah kene...
apa penyebab dead pixel ar...
