So did you manage to get into the service menu and are unable to see the operation hours when u press mute?

If u look carefully actually u have to move the cursor down to PTCT and move to right which is adjacent to PTCT

As far as I know it shd be v1.3a. Why do u ask? 1.1 vs 1.3a only difference for video quality would be unable to pass Deep Colour. 1.3a is more for high def Audio. There is no content out there that uses Deep colour as of today.
