that's why people dont use photoshop to ink anymore. it's hard and tedious. well, at least for me it is.

i recommend manga studio debut 3.0.

brilliant inking, be it felt tip pen, brush or hard tip. it's vector based, meaning u can still adjust the lines after each stroke. then u can rasterize it to export as jpg.

SAI? what's that?

if u're talking about adobe illustrator, it's more geared towards graphics and visual design. sure, it's still vector based, but manga studio geared all its features for manga/comic productions. it's nothing AI couldnt do. but since it's tuned for manga/comic, a lot of its features have been simplified to do just that.
