Able to get a quote on a developer unit at around 200k (1044sqft) but at lowest floor.
Based on my own evaluations,
Pros
- Freehold and strata title is out
- Quite convenient, near to shops, banks and food courts
- 3 carparks (1 single carpark, 1 double carpark)
- Good facilities.
- Quite clean and not so noisy.
- Mid high dense, around 550units
- KL view
Cons
- High maintenance fees, 20sen/sqft
- Not so good layout (long, not so square layout, kitchen and master bedroom small)
- Carpark at center of all blocks, so need to cross the 'bridge' everytime.
May I know anyone stay here and any opinion on this condo?
How is the management team?
