I have bought 20 lots of TMI (now Axiata) about a month ago, and supposingly I was entitled to pick up the rights issue. But so far I havent receive any letter from TMI/Axiata about the rights issue yet and the ex date is on 8th of April? Does anyone receive any letter from TMI/Axiata about the right issue, and advicing to make the payment directly to the registrar? I wanted to picj up the rights issue since it is at a discount, and I am losing money at this counter so far...but I dont know how without their letter... Please advice.

Thanks for the information Cherroy, apparently you are right, I have checked with the registrar tenaga koporat sdn bhd, and they confirm that the form will be sent out on 15th of April, so I should receive it few days later...

I heard that th price may decrease after the ex date a little, but since I wanted to hold this counter for a while, I better pick up the rights issue to compensate a little bit of the price decrease if the price come lower.

At least this is better than holding the same amount of stock, and somemore the price decreases I guess, correct me if I am wrong.
