well i dont know about u all, but as for me i usually change my phone once every 2 years.... but if something is going to happened to my batt (God forbid not....) i know who i can turn to...

yaaahhh .. with the trend of the "latest" most of the high end users change to the latest at the average of 1 qnd half yr of use ....

so i guess .. one yr down the road iphone 2nd hand will be less then less RM 1000.00

anyback to the topic : iphone battery

anyone got any infor as where to collect your phone ..( which you booked )

are u invited to the function at KLCC ...??

if this is the case ... when batteru "die" you sent back to maxis ...!!!

For me, iPhone 2G how? Cannot send to maxis right, so have to look for cxcr? Is that the only way?

some of the phone shop accept iphone to be fix... but prepare the money kaw2 lah.... ask around...

I'm thinking on whether are there any 3rd party batteries which have higher capacity hence lasts longer?

and risk voiding the warranty? not advisable.

alternatively you can try this morphie (not sure how to spell it, but stringfellow is using that currently and he recommends it) or Kensington Mini Battery Pack for iPhone/iPod

I'm not sure how the battery is connected but if there's no warranty sticker or anything around it that could distinctively show we tampered the battery then it shouldn't be much of a problem? It's just like using a Nokia phone with imitation battery?

If 2G battery dead, need how much to replace? I never see this service before.
