man, i feel bad for you. i totally get your feeling. after spending so much you expect it to work fine but it turns out that you are facing alot of problems.

ok, one at a time now.

Turbo - Check on the turbo piping everything. if the piping has not been replaced, maybe its just leaky pipe which leads to boost leak. thats why you dont feel the power.

Brakes - Probably just a rough surface of disc rotor. you can skim the disc rotor. but before skimming see the thickness of the rotor whether is safe to skim it or not. if its too thin, better replace it with a new rotor. safety is more important than saving money. and check on your brake pads as well. the shaking problem, maybe you can try balancing all 4 wheels on your car first. if this doesnt solve the shaking problem, then you might have bigger headache. probably a worn out drive shaft or something.

Kancil can definitely fit in kelisa engine in it. i have seen few transplants done on a kancil with kelisa/kenari engine in it. but things like driveshaft all i think can use back kancil one. not too sure bout this. dashboard you can use back L2 or L5 one. dont need to use kelisa one.

No, my fren has kancil wif kelisa engine and stock kancil dashboard. all is fine, no prob. the pickup may not as fast as L5 turbo, but good enough to climb cameron via simpang pulai in 4th gear with 4 people inside.

aiyark, why font like this one? my kancil rear is very bumpy if got passenger inside. if no passenger its ok. could it be absorber or spring or both? and right now using std 12" rim n tyres. if i change the sportrim to 13" will it greatly improve handling?

my kancil (850 kelisa engine) can reach 140km/h easily but the engine sound is scary my fren's kancil (kelisa 1.0 engine) also the same, easily reach 150km/h but the engine sound like tongkang pecah why ah?
and I still have problems with my rear suspension    have to buy new absorber and springs 

aiyark, turbo meh? i dun wan la. sked turbo rosak then problem. kelisa engine got good pickup already, no need turbo. kenot lawan turbo la but what for? no need to pishh pishh, hehehe

but seriously, when rpm reach 5k, the engine sound is so loud like tongkang pecah. even my car can reach 140km/h, i dun wan to speed that fast. really sakit telinga with the engine sound.

i thought dat l2 engine share most of part wif standad kncil... ????

haha..dude..at least u know where to get it..but for me..until now, stil dont know where to buy L2 spark plug...n i guess i wont buy replica item especially when its involving da combustion/performnce...

For a turbo charged engine even like the l2/l5 i would suggest open pod..eventho yes,the issue of hot air,drop in better,etc,but still more air better than no air.

Actually any open pod will do,if you are talking about jap ones.not sure about those replicas.source around online,alot of the hks SPF 150mm around as well as apex.

yes, you can put TD04 into mira engine. provided you have the cash and able to find a good and reliable mechanic to do the modification for you.

probably your engine piston ring has worn out. thats why your engine is consuming alot of engine oil.

Sfotsy, your l5 is losing black oil? Do u have any white smoke issue?if no then could be worn piston rings or valve seals.all which can be found at spare part shops.

Higher boost doesn't mean faster boost.when u have a big exhaust exducer will use up a lot kinetic energy to spin it.

Personally I have used a td04 on a l2.I did everything la,fmic,240cc injectors,rb pump,AFC neo,etc.what I got?80++hp. Initial first run with 1.3bar no tuning pumped 90+hp and later not enough fuel,boosted 1bar and gave me that crap.Oh yea,it's on the stock block stock pistons.FYI

Conclusion?if u want nice top end,spend massive amount of fuel,(since it was a piggyback and only one linear line of fuel adjustment) and flooring it most of the time to get that power,try the td04.

This is my personal sad experience with the turbo,bloody sweat and tears didn't pay off.just here to share my experience and my unlucky streak.

if you want the best all rounder, TD025 is the best so far. no need major mods on it. you can use back the top mount intercooler. but remap is a must for this kind of modifications.
