i get the sticker because my friend stay at there...
then take the house utilities bill and go mpsj apply for the sticker.. tats all..
for 1 year.. RM3 for 1 sticker

each bar u invest will strengthen ur car handling...
worth for the money u spend...
if want to get more effect, get front 2/4 points with a pair of fender bars (3 point type if i not mistaken)
confirm u will feel the handling...
but price for fender not cheap
