Most probably yes. Its a tactic used by majority phone shop. They will replace your original parts and replace with AP grade and sell the original at higher price. Same goes to batteries and housings. Where did you have your phone repaired?

RM130 for an ori SGS2 batt is impossible. Better get from authorized samsung dealer.
