Cooler Master Readying Gladiator 600 Mid-Tower Case
Out on a good run with its most recent case products, Cooler Master is preparing a new mid-tower case named Gladiator 600. Slated for a CeBIT 2009 release, the Gladiator 600 comes with a user-friendly design. Measuring 202 x 235 x 480 mm (W x D x H), and weighing 9.7 kg (around 21.3 lbs), the case is made mostly of SECC steel. Its front-panel, including the front-fan intake and the drive-bay covers are made of a mesh-like design.

It comes with provision for up to five fans, including mounts on the front, rear, and top of the case, along with the side-panel. Further there will be two variants carved out depending on the presence of a window on the side-panel: RC-600-KKN1GP (without), RC-600-KWN1GP (with). A mostly tool-free design is employed. The motherboard tray features an opening right behind the spot where most motherboards feature CPU sockets. This helps users to install/maintain CPU coolers with back-plates without having to remove the entire motherboard from its place. There are additional latches and openings in the tray that help in cable-management. We will know more about this case when it gets released this CeBIT.

i kinda like the gladiator due to the cable management and removable mobo tray, and also the design. hopefully if there is a transparent side panel, it's something like the elite series sidepanel, coz i dont really like the cm590/690 sidepanel. prefer everything to be seen laugh.gif

you've got a point there about the spraying thing.

so what i've came up with is this.

option A - stick to elite 331 casing, spray interior black, do some mini mods, and invest in uv stuff.
option b - spray interior of elite 331, wait for gladiator, spray gladiator, and then only invest in uv stuff.

any comments?

there are quite a number of diy transparent side panels in the forum, youtube, internet~~ well, search at youtube..it's the best guiding method to understand rather than pictures

or u could order a pre-cut or according to ur desired designs etc~ some forumers got offer this kind of service somewhere in the forum lol..acrylic stuff all prepared already..u just gotta tell them what u want..

ccfl or uv stuff, can interchange between ur current case and ur new case?..easy to install and remove rolleyes.gif

well, maybe option a is good i guess.. unsure.gif

edmunz, as i know Hyper 212 can't fit in
also there's a GeminII user for Elite series, is bro loongking
but the GeminII eats up lots of space in the casing so so think properly

i thought that was specially made for Intel LGA775 one? biggrin.gif
btw ah lian casing not really nice...
i like HAF 932 coz it has weight to pull down the whole casing, then rubber feet to absorb the vibration
also they provide u with wheels which are good if u're rolling around
