=.=
HAF is wider than cm690.... it would be so so so ridiculous to say that hyper 212 can't fit HAF when it fits cm690 with some space left....

@aBc!
my friend tested the hyper212 on elite. really not enuf space
even with the window move to the outside..
*
sorry about the question, just curious to know
wah thats bad about the Hyper 212
i thought Elite's space is just ngam ngam for the Hyper 212

EDIT : ToddStarz, added

I'm interested to know how to do one with the cable tie as I don't want to waste money on the seperate module.

If someone kind enough to attach a picture of their fan @ 5.25" bay, you would be much appreciated.

its actually quite simple
i never attached one but i saw one before though
cable ties have a much long one, u just attach the fan with a cross shape
make sure to tie tightly to avoid vibration and noise

Want to ask something.
I'm using CM690 now and am wondering how do you guys attach a 12cm fan into the 5.25" bay drive slot?
I read about using cable tie, but how do you guys do it?
Thanks.

im also using cm690 and wondering how to do it.. can anyone give alink for a guide or sumthing?
i'm using 3M Double sided tape to get the job done. i also put 120mm fan at the hdd rack so it has pull push config.

Dont need any 5.25" module bay or cable tie...U can juz directly screw the 12cm fan on the steel plate behind the bezel...

Do you mean the part that we will have to remove when we are adding another 5.25" drive?
