Great news! Really loved the box art and the CW LC's colour but can't afford the high price cos miss it when it first came out.

Of course the teeth doesn't ruin the IK. but for me, even if i wish to buy all the HMM releases, budget constraint means
i can buy only the variants that i really really like. i can probably afford 1 or at most 2 IK, so as eager as i am to enjoy
the building of a HMM IK, i'll probably force myself to wait for the MK II or PK variant.

The proportions do look a bit off, but hopefully the designs will improve with future zoids.
Really hope this line does well. Zoid action figures with amazing articulation that zoiders can actually play
with without worrying about pieces falling off or batteries. what's not to like? except maybe the size.
If only they're a little bigger, that'll be perfect.

Price should be around RM100? Hopefully.

Ed, guess you'll be buying double for every Revoltech Zoid? one set for yourself, one set for Ed Jr.!

The problem lies in how many times they eat (and poop), when they eat and when they sleep. And for the time they are awake? try ignoring them and see what happens! it's a LOT tougher than you think. but you're right about the growing up part, that'll indeed be the hardest part.

Love the red! But i wish the gattling guns are bigger and badder! Leena's custom the next variant?

I don't think Koto would be so kind as to release it as a CP.

Love the boxart! but somehow i feel the boxart would have been even more impressive if it was done in portrait mode.
just like the TOMY's IK boxart.

Poison! Even the boxes inside are nice!

My thoughts about the IK, or the HMM line in general, it's really meant more for modellers than zoid lovers who only do snap-fitting.
Look at that huge shoulder gun and backpack with so little color separation, you really need to do some major painting in order to make it really nice.
the same case with Genosaurer's guns. Maybe Koto believes it's main market, the Japanese modellers all paint their kits, so it's not a big
deal, but for snap-fitters... .

Don't take me wrong, i LOVE the HMM Zoids. and i enjoy some minor detailing here and there, but i really wish for future releases Koto won't gives us huge single/dual colour weapon parts (plain white/grey... ) either better part separation, or at least better colours!

Just my 2 cents.

I've been reading up on modelling and painting basics, it sounds fun and the end result can look amazing (as demonstrated by bro morgenthau's Command Wolf ) BUT i believe that's after tons of practice then can only achieve that kind of result. and as you mentioned, hefty investment in airbrush and paints. and time-consuming as well. preparation work like seams filling and sanding. it's really another level than simply snap-fitting. it really requires a lot of dedication to be good at it and produce zoid masterpiece of your own. so for now i'll stick to enjoying the snap-fitting and minor detailing. and pray Koto gives us better colours!

Power grabs Ed! Why letting go of an OJR? spares?

I'm not sure about it's accuracy, but from here http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Revoltech judging from the trend of couple of Revoltech releases a month, Revoltech Blade Liger will probably be released March/April earliest, so if you want to wait till it's released, then it's still at least 3 months away.

Ed, economy is stiil not yet fully recovered, pls stop going around poisoning people back into zoid!

Hi, Castro897! if you haven't already done so, i really recommend that you join ZOIDSPOISON. there are many US zoiders there who can point you in the right direction on where to get more zoids. some are even selling their spares, you may find something you want.

And bro ahtiven, i hope you are right! i want that HMM IK PK or MK II so bad!
