How about hada labo's toner (Super Hyaluronic Acid Moisturizing Lotion). I'm using it now but I use the patting technique instead of wiping with cotton. Am i using the wrong technique?

Japanese skin care rarely incorporates toners. They are more inclined to the lotion-essence-emulsion-sunscreen system

one more function of toner is, according to kiehl's beauty advisor, it's to help in balancing the pH of our skin. the water that we use is not pH balance; hence toner can help to do that.

I have questions, toner used best by hand or cotton ? Just wondering, as some said that if used cotton the toner soaked in the cotton instead of the face sad.gif

I'm oily and acne skin so, which suits best ? I mean the type of toner. smile.gif

Toner highly recommended to use with cotton, toner is not only helping to further cleanse your pore but also exfoliate your skin dead layer. (stroke upward)

After that look into the toner, u will found out cotton become darker colour. that mean ur cleanser is not fully cleanse you yet.

For oily skin or acne skin, please use some oil control + moisturizing toner. beside that, do not use cream based products too. biggrin.gif

Thanks smile.gif
By the use of some oil control + moisturizing toner, do you have any recommendation of some good brands ? hmm.gif

Sorry for being of topic, do you mean oily and acne skin doesn't recommend using BB creams? I'm just fond of those BB creams, but had yet to find a suitable type sad.gif
