This going to be a tough case since no detail left regarding to the conman and conman identity still remains unknown, anyways hope this kind of jerk should be struck by lightning or crashed by car someday.

1. His face description that I remembered from the deal, if that is really him or his friend.
Wearing glasses. Medium chocolate malay skin tan. Tall around 175cm. Wearing jeans and normal tee.
Mainly look like a college student.

Yes. Definitely.

Sorry to hear this happens but I think this tactic is not new.

The only thing I can suggest is for the seller to insist on a copy on the bank in transaction as proof of payment and then insist on the buyer to bring the original copy as proof during the COD/hand in of items. This way, the seller won't hand their item to the wrong party while the conned buyer may get back their money provided he/she can proof that he/she did bank in the payment. The only thing is if the buyer or seller are from another site, then it's difficult to trace.

hey, i got some feeling that, the conman fren's that the conman said... is the conman himself....and he keep insisted he not around and don wanna postage... cos postage will nid him give u his details like name and those...and if he doing COD, why he nid bank in to piumiu and not pay directly to piumiu while cod-ing wit her at ktm station, it shud be more safe rite if the buyer bank in the money to fren to do the COD with the seller....he was plan well to do this... sorry to pekies..

Yes, but if maybank2u will generate a receipt and this still can be printer anywhere unless cash bank in slip.
Anyhow, the best way to do is COD is only cash on delivery. Postage is no personal pickup after this.

There will always be a trail to the conman one.The best bet would be to trace the handphone number he used to contact u.Start from there,Since handphone numbers r registered.
