Due to the many requests, feedback and advices from this forum, along with my on track AirAsia-styled low cost business, the following policy has been changed to better serve the public interest, effective today (28-March-2009):
Pre-Order Policy
- You are now able to place a 20% deposit to book your item. This means you only need to pay 20% of your total pre-ordered items for all pre-ordered bookings (total items price divided by 5).
- The remaining 80% of the payment must be fully settled after the official release date and before the item is shipped to you.
- Cancellation before the pre-order deadline will be entitled for the full refund of the deposit; whereas cancellation after the pre-order deadline will result in a deposit forfeiture, unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties.
Reservation of the in-stock item
- You can reserve any in-stock item for up to 14 days, no deposit is required.
- If no confirmation or full payment is received after the 14 days reservation deadline, the reservation is considered canceled and there will be no guarantee for any availability of the reserved item.
