Announcement: Item defect from GSC

Dear Valued Customers,

Yesterday, we received an announcement from the maker of item #GSC965437, Black Rock Shooter Animation Ver, that they found a defect on this item: the white star mark is not printed on the figure's coat.

The maker is now having two methods to fix it.
1. They will send us the star sticker and let us or the customer to put the star on the coat.
2. We or our customer send back the goods to them and let them put the star (sticker) on the coat .

However, after communicating with the maker, they told us that they will not accept the request for fixing the defect from wholesaler.
They will only send us the sticker and will not do anything for us even if we return the goods to them.

We are sorry to inform you that this is the only option we have, and therefore we will send you the stickers together with the goods.
