salary also can negotiate to 'tahap dewa' one.... 
since you are into computer science, why not learn C language as well....
when everything is equal, additional knowledge on the related field will be the deciding factor.

microsoft will usually notify those mcse holder in advance on the course availability.
mcse for xp is useless. skip the vista and go for windows 7. 2003 server is already out long ago.
but server 2008 seem to be the better option.

C language is fine. so does vb. but unix and novell isn't widely used.

Read MALAYSIA. 
with the exception of those oil & gas company, malaysian based international company usually pay you in RM. not USD. but i do get paid in USD on some project.
btw, i am not from kk, so no idea about it. but the foods in kk is kinda expensive compare with here.
one of my relative work in the states and to him, 110K USD a month barely enough.
it's how we look to other source of income and make the most of our money that matter.
