I am on Hotlink 365 plan and my line was expired (cannot make calls, but still can receive) one month before the actual date. Logged a case with Hotlink customer support and they are investigating the issue.

Anyone experience similar problem?

Actually my 365 plan supposed to expire on July 23 2009. But when I check my line yesterday, it says already expired and I was not able to make calls now - by right I should be able to make calls until July 23. According to Maxis, this problem has happened to a few users who are on the same plan.

So would like to find out if anyone currently on 365 plan and facing the same issue?
