yo guys... what happen to the maxis CS?????

im using postpaid so when i call 123.. a machine says
"the number you have dialed cannot be reached~ please try later"

plus...
in the *100# menu theres no more option where we can check our accout details (payment, unbilled, outstanding balance)

i need to call the cs coz since end of last month i cannot log in to their website.. they say my number is not reg in the PIN system... so?? when i click new user n enter my mobile number... it says my number is already in the PIN system???

rili rili tension with maxis network this past 3weeks...

even fullbar hav these probs
- drop calls
- line not clear
- suddenly got sms got missed calls

if no bar i dun mind... but full bar wei~~ haih... locations?
