I wonder when Hotlink will provide Multi-Sim in 1 line for Hotlink subscriber? I hope they will provide this service to me because I'm quite heavy internet surfer. When i want to surf internet, need to take out my sim card swap to usb modem. Then when i need to call, same thing again, take out sim from usb modem to handset. I don't want to keep swapping it will spoils the sim card. I know many people told me to buy another sim pack just for internet, but i don't want to have many service account to maintain. 2 sim card, 1 service account to keep maintainable.

QUOTE(AskarPerang @ Oct 11 2009, 09:17 PM) Just change to maxis postpaid la. I don't like to subscribe to Postpaid due to less calling, SMS more. If subscribing postpaid, I will waste more money on SMS. RM0.05 for each SMS not regarding activ10. Prepaid got free somemore. Redeem from points. Prepaid was the best for me. And I think maxis is the only telco offering this Multi-Sim in 1 line service. |

QUOTE(Darkmage12 @ Oct 11 2009, 10:19 PM) What I meant was if Maxis's competitor is offering this service to their prepaid customers as well? I know Maxis postpaid have this service I'm not so sure about others telco, all depends subscriber. Where is got demand, there will be servicing. But in the Malaysia Market, is hard to get what you want. Only have 2 most demand and competitive cut-off price in telco business, calling charges and SMS charges. Nothing else can provide you.I think so how in the future they can provide customize plan for both postpaid and prepaid subscriber. You can select which service you want, cheaper sms or cheaper call or cheaper IDD etc.. And also let the subscriber selecting the add-on service like CLIR, Broadband, Multi-Sim in 1 line, Multi-line in 1 Sim..etc. |

I feel being cheated using the hot ticket, the validating date not extended. They said just top up as low as RM5 then you line will active the next 90 days. The 90 days just for the line before terminate, Hot ticket supposed can be extend validating date to keep our line active even we are not doing normal top up.

Of course i knew it. But when we top up the hot ticket, the validating date for hot ticket long than the normal top up. Can't they just extend it follow the hot ticket validating date? Sound stupids for me for hot ticket user. Forced people to top up both side. Normal top up and hot ticket top up.

QUOTE(simplesmile @ Mar 1 2011, 08:35 PM) Wow... So far in 2 months,... only 1 person buy from me? How come nobody else interested in this deal? Your way is inconvenience. When want to top up, need to PM you first then wait you reply, then bank in, then wait your pin. takes time too long. Unless you offer people easy convenience way, sms you then bank in on the spot then you direct sms the pin to them. Much more faster.Buy RM30 Hotlink top up code for only RM27. |

QUOTE(sno0py @ Mar 2 2011, 02:16 PM) The case reference number is for you to get the latest feedback about your report of your complaint. When we call to the customer careline, the representative always different person answer our call. Next time when you want to know your complaint status just give then the case reference number for them to check the status for you, and you don't need to repeat your complaint again to another person. |
