How come since morning my phone has no network? Is there something wrong or their doing network upgrade? Location is Penang.

I received two numbers which are '03-74924700' & '03-74917700'. Are these telemarketers or calling regarding my bills or line?

I'm currently on a Value Plus plan with limit of RM100. If I did not exceed the limit for this month, can I continue to use the line until next month and pay my remaining balance on the next month as well?

Guys, I have this issue twice since yesterday. A friend tried to reach me ended up someone else was talking with him. Same thing when I pick his call, someone else is talking with him and not me. Is this network issue or one of the line has been tapped? I'm using Maxis.
