Damn they don't allow to convert Extra Plan->Basic Plan anymore, u can only switch to the new Hotlink Plan.

Sure, lifetime validity sounds nice, but if you ever forget to top up in 90 days, your number will be gone forever.

I think they had found out this thing.

tbh , i dont think maxis gonna "fix" it . this free internet thingy is kind of like a bug or something

maxis found out this bug -> fixed it -> no more free internet

i dunno y ppls still call in to CS to ask about tis question ...

so in conclusion we can surf internet with free anymore ?

This issue has been detected earlier this month, and Maxis has fix this.

I believed due to recent upgrade on Maxis's prepaid system, they in the middle sorting everthing out also as the new plan just launched 2 days ago. By next week, the Activ10 should be ok ....

You may remove all the configuration setting on your phone, then proceed to 'http://www.maxis.com.my', select phone settings at the top of the homepage and follow the instructions. After the settings push to you phone, please save it and select it as a default, when it's done, restart your phone, it should be working. Let me know the result yea..

Added on October 17, 2010, 9:37 pmThe best thing in Hotlink Prepaid Plan was the Hotlink Youth Club.. The rate is equivalent to Maxis Postpaid VP80. Furthermore, the SMS rate are the most cheapest among others operator. But too bad, this plan now has been seized.. no more offering, So, the conclusion, if you got HYC, just retain the plan.. it's a good plan though....

Guys, I would recommend all hotlink users out there and also in this forum use Hot Ticket rather than the normal topup.. Very cheap in terms of voice and sms rate..

Most of Topup shops in KL have this, please ask them or you may visit any Maxis Centre or Maxis Exclusive Partner.

its gone

call their customer service
nothin they know about
they kept tellin me

they told me will respond to me within 3 to 7 workin days
n gav a reference number to me
really sarkz

how do i switch to HYC? cant find it at *100# went to maxis centre at giant shah alam and the lady said that HYC is unavailable... -.-" what the h is going on?!
