In short,
1. Now, you can only opt to the new Hotlink Plan.
2. The new plan having pros n cons.
Pros :-
-Lifetime validity (topup required at least RM5 every quarter year)
-Activ10 rate cheaper by 3cents compare to last time RM0.15 and sms rate remained the same @ 1 cent to all Activ10 numbers.
-SMS rate to other than Activ10 applied 10cents all across.
- Hot Tickets entitled for 5months if you opted to this plan. It will be auto imburse in your Hotlink account. You may check your Hot Ticket balance by pressing *129#.

Cons :-
-Expensive to call other networks (RM0.36) flat rate.
-Once opted to Hotlink plan you can't opt back to your previous plan.

The usage will be deducted from Hot Ticket account. You may check your balance by pressing *129# on your Hotlink number after the topup using Hot Ticket.

It depends how you view on the Hot Ticket, in general, if you are using your mobile a lot.. I would say in a month you only wasted RM45 compare to the normal topup which the rate way too expensive.

The new hotlink plan is free. RM45 is for those that have existing Hotlink prepaid.
