top up yest afternoon, only to rcv the credit this afternoon

my credit had being going up and down like some bunny...top up Rm30, after one sms and a call it shows 27.xx left...in the everning i check again its 28.xx, moments ago i checked its 22.xx and now its 23.xx

all i did was sent a sms and made a call for less than a minute.
