1st u might find difficultly to adapt in new environment when u shifting house, which give u the feeling for anxious, worry and etc. This is quite normal.. However sometimes it persist and really make some problem like what you tell now.
Relax yourself.. Don't keep all problem within yourself.. Cry is useful sometimes to release the stress.. Try vend out the feeling more.. Talk with your friends..
Actually, i suggest you may be can get some help from psychiatric doctor.. Depression is very very very common nowadays. Never ever think visiting a psychiatric clinic = gila.
Getting depress and all by ownself is horrible.
Depression kid need help.
