hai there..u knoe i suffer frm depression too...i know people may say its all about u but for me it is about me..im the one who's suffering..i have difficulties communicating wif others..i like being alone..im sad without knowing wat causing it...angry...n so on..its started wif my family oso..i came frm a broken family..parents divored...its really effected me until nw..its been 12 years ady...i still remember d time i started feeling sad..angry..so on...so im still strugling until nw..just to tell u u r not alone..there are lots other suffering frm depression...its a disease n a disease should be treated...i tried lots of things..n recently i stumble across tis reiki healing frm d internet...u should try it..it works for me...plus soothing music like buddha music also helps not to mention talking to others bout ur feeling or just writing it up anywhere..in ur diary..or someones blogs..or ur profile..good luck my fren:)
