Submit your
1)car registration card 2)IC 3)picture of your car 4)personal information 5)address 6)receipt of parts modified 7)JPJ endorsement form and pay a minumum fees of RM 10 for application fees, then the office will issue you a member card within a week. when you received that member card, it contain userid, use that member card to login the id, ID should be active within one hour... Should be renew hourly...  Renewable fees depends on the market rate. welcome welcome... |
