Again, I'm not trying to hide anything or run away from the responsibility.

I've clarified with ++SK++ that the measurement given by the supplier is different from her measurement likely because they measure at a different site and that how wide they lay the item on a flat surface. In her previous questions thru PM before she purchased the item, I've answered her that based on S & M-body, the dress is not too tight, but not too loose. It's not a body fitting type. Somehow, in the picture where the buyer is wearing the dress, the bust looks ok to me, while the waist is very fitting. Based on the supplier measurement, waist is 38cm when item is lay flat. If this measurement is to be converted into inches and times 2, then the waist should be 29inches. May I ask if your waist measurement is higher than 28inches? If yes, of course you will feel that it's tight. Based on the cutting, the bust is not meant to be very fitting with the extra little folds on the front side. I'm wearing M-size and my waist is 25inches, so I would think the waist line will not be too tight for me. So it depends on how you judge the given measurement at the first place.

Some would think the dress is awful because of the Satin material. Not everybody likes the material, but some can wear it nice and elegant. So it's very subjective. The picture is provided by the supplier and I still think I've provided what I have from the supplier.

I've explained & clarifed to her politely and nicely on her complaints but she said she wants her money back on the next day she received the item. That sounds contradicting with her saying that she doesn't want a refund initially... in fact she has already planned for it at the first place.

And then she posted the picture of the actual item with some writing, which was removed by the moderator.

Thereafter, she starts to threaten me harsher and harsher. No one should and deserve to be threatened. If the buyer seriously think that it's my fault or anything else, we can discuss, but if the buyer has over react on the issue, then please help me... teach me how to deal with it.
p/s: This issue was suggested to bring it up here as this thing has boilt up to an unstoppable level and has became a disturbance.

the dress is not the same as the one in the picture because the celebrity pic shows a dress of a different material. in your defense, you did say that the dress was made of satin. then again, from an objective point of view, satin in that cutting is a fashion disaster. buyer should have veered away from that tragic design (and material), and seller should be penalized for allowing sungai wang fashion to live on.

seller should have posted the actual pic. buyer should have been wary. on a side note, im sorry buyer, but you do look like a frumpy auntie in a cheap space suit.

best solution to this would be to just let buyer chalk this up to experience and just forget about it. as someone else posted on here, this is part and parcel of online sales. seller, do post the actual pic next time.
