i only found compaq cq40-402ax and acer 4736g fit to those specs..any other suggestion???

if i get asus k40ab(free dos) then i buy ori vista hp os,am i eligable for windows 7 upgrade option?????

should i get new lappy this year with win vista(then upgrade to 7) or just wait until win 7 fully release?
