Sephiroth from Kingdom Hearts 1 made me tear my hair out....i play until 3am finally win cause not willing to give up. I think i died 50 times or something.

there is no hardest boss there, unless its MMO boss, other single player boss is killable

Try beating Shredder in TMNT 2 back in the ol' Micro Genius(NES) days.
No continues and no save features in the game...think i took like 3 months to tear him into pieces. The other PKM final boss i hate so much is the mummy queen from Double Dragon 3....i'd have to dish out those helicopter kicks til my thumbs got blisters |

Final Fantasy:
FF7 = Weapon (was it Ruby?) FF8 = none, all killed by using Holy Wars FF9 = Ozma, never won before, wth FF10 = all the dark aeons, bribed yojimbo with millions of gil for instant kill FF10-2 = not memorable, never bother FF12 = same as FF10-2 |

I bet there are harder 2D shooters out there.
