hey, i only have 1 small complain...my usb cable connecting to my Transcend Storejet 25M(the smaller head) is very loose, a little touch and it will be disconnected from computer anytime...is it normal?

USB head being lose is quite normal, but for it to disconnect if you touch it, that shouldn't be the way.
I suggest you pack back to it's original packing and send the whole set back to me..i'll replace a brand new unit for you FOC!

All the external hard-disk featured here comes with USB cable with double USB head for extra power if your hard-disk can't run off through a single USB port.
