Can I just use the SMC just to monitor the fan speed instead of making the change on the fan speed?
I would like to leave the settings to original. Is it possible?
Thanks.

QUOTE(sugarboi @ Jul 30 2009, 09:29 PM) Has anyone's Mac gotten so hot that when you're watching a movie/online clip the the whole video and audio goes into slow motion? For me its usually about 82c. Thats the highest I've even gotten. Fans were spinning at 6200 rpm. nope.. normally I get mine to be around 65 degC.. |

QUOTE(jind86 @ Aug 1 2009, 03:02 PM) I guess there is no way to check which is more accurate. Judging from several reported average temperature, I think for normal internet browsing, the temperature should be ranging around 50 ~ 60 degC.I use iStat btw... |
