omnia camera is good..but need to do some setting to make it more better..
i always adjust brightness & sharpness to make the pict more sharp..
but omnia camera cant save ur current setting..u need to do setting everytime u on the camera to take pict..
what i like most are smile capture, anti-shake and some other feature in omnia camera..

for the simcard i think u really need to change it..
i already use hotlink more than 5 years..then last year already change to postpaid..
now get new 128k 3G simcard..really working fast
no problem anymore..the only problem is coverage

to update firmware u can do it urself at home..no need to go service center la..
juz refer to 1st page how to update firmware..its free hehe..

to make it clear omnia use windows mobile..
i suggest u think twice before u buy omnia..
its really different wif symbian dat u used before..
last time got some user here cant accept to use windows mobile then sold it after less than 1 month use..
its really wasting money..

There's a tweak that can make your camera setting permanent.

The link in your 1st post "tips for Omnia", that brings you to samsung-omnia.org, will teach you how to do that.
Look for ISO setting in camera.

By reading from those cooked rom posts, seems like can. Many people keep switching roms and no report of problem yet.
But I'm loving this rom. Fast and Stable. Don't think I'll change it anytime soon.

u need to install registry editor..
try google PHM Registry Editor..

Did not happen to me.

I sometimes turn on wifi and bluetooth for the whole day without such thing happening to me.
Only battery very fast finish when everything on , but that's normal.

I don't know why so many people also have problem with their Omnias, problem with winmo 6.5, problem with S2U2, problem with caller ID, some people even problem with 16 GB external memory , but I have never had any problem before, except one time with official HH3 (I think) where the battery must be charged everyday . That's Samsung's fault .

Or maybe I'm lucky? Maybe my Omnia is special?

i had download PHM registry . how to install .
i had put into my omnia storage yet i cant any word " run / install".
it is a file with .msi

Oh...one more thing, I got my Shokka9 rom from samsung-omnia.org.

I don't know whether modaco one is the same or not.

.msi/.exe/.bat/.??? file = install from PC
.cab file = install from Phone

hurmm..still thinking want choose either shokka or qbus rom for winmo 6.5..

how to install from pc ?
