I'm not really comfortable in revealing the exact location but below is the specs

2.5 storey semi-d, freehold, bu 3.4k sqft, the 0.5 storey is "created". Fully renovated and furnished. +- 1mil

Property was "sponsored" by my god-dad. Rental now should be around 10k but the japanese guy had been living there since my god-dad's passing so I just let him be.
